Writing and creating helps me distill my thoughts and findings into a means of expression that can be offered up as service.  The method of making the nebulous concrete, or the imagined real is a favorite endeavor of mine.  It makes my noticings and understandings purposeful, outside of the experience of simply being me.  We all have our distinct inner worlds, and this is a means of sharing mine, and getting to know others.

In trying to crack the code of self, I've learned a lot.  I have degrees and certs and a mountain of acquisitions, but what I think I do best is being able to read people and situations and quickly figure out what they might need.  What you have means very little unless you know what to do with it.  

As a public educator, I have been doing the work described here for 24 years, with non-homogenous groups of 40+ teens all at once.  Honing this skill on one person makes the assignment of "training" (AKA reflecting an unseen version of a person back at them) incredibly efficient.  Depth actualizes instead of revealing itself by chance.

Ultimately, this site is an attempt to help others find their way, with or without me.  There are a hundred different ways to go about doing something, and if anything, my hope is that it stands as a testament that your way can be the right way.  My helping you is also you helping me, because being of use is a love language I know how to speak.
