Change can occur from moving or staying, outside in or inside out.  You are your own guide, determining the pace and process. THE GOAL IS AUTONOMY.  I simply act as a tool, like a carabiner, providing safety or risk as necessary for you to enjoy continuing on your own path.

SAFETY

If the inside AND outside of you feels safe, you will let it in, and you out.  The membrane of separation becomes permeable.

If the inside of you feels safe and outside of you feels unsafe, you will protect that inner sanctuary, at all costs.

If the inside of you feels threatened or threatening, you will utilize resources outside of yourself to find a sense of calm or comfort.



Your body belongs to you.  It in itself can generate a place of belonging, if you understand how to treat it as a true, capable friend.

Sliding States of Readiness & Excitement 

The ability to accurately locate yourself is the starting point of any sort of mapping process.

Relating your mental to your physical at any given time helps determine what you might need to do (or not do) to shift away from extremes and more toward a steady, dependable baseline.
